Stargirl, this brilliant novel, is being made into a movie. I wonder if it will be half good. All I know is that the book was FABULOUS. When they kissed, I was filled with contentment. When she was gone, I was so sad. Definitely something you cannot miss. I never was too interested in it until I one day picked it up at the library, very randomly, and loved it. Funny, that's how I got into ASoUE... I guess random library books are a good way to go.

Yup! I read it a long time ago... well like two years ago in Middle School. I liked it, it was different and cool. I'm happy Paul's the one to make it into a film, because he knows the pain and agony of High School. Freaks and Geeks was his shining moment, hopefully it will happen again with this film.

See how Stargirl always dropped her change on the ground so little kids could find it? After I read it, I started doing that. I grabbed all this change before I went to school and kept dropping it on the ground while I was walking to and from school. Sounds insane, but what can I say? I was inspired.

aww... thats nice! lol i havn't read it, everyone says its good though. i'm a little swamped right now... i'm plodding through the redwall (brian jaques) (sp?) series and havn't really had time to read anything other than that. i just can't get into redwall though, so it might be a while. my friend says they get better once you get the feel for the books.
