I think there's a topic on this already. Oh well. For avatars, save the avvie you want and then go to imageshack or some other hosting site. Upload it and then use the url and put it in the avatar space in your profile.

For siggies, save the pic and upload it onto a hosting site like Imageshack. In your profile there's a siggy space. Type the url right there. Don't forget to put in front of the url and [/ i m g] at the end WITHOUT the spaces.
