Is the heart facing out? If so YAY!!!!!!!!!!! I just researched it and it said if the heart is pointing outward then your heart is available and if it is faced inward then their heart is occupied.

I want the ring cuz it's nice. Also because Liam has one. It would make me feel closer too him; I know it's sad but I don't care!

This is some information I got on the ring: The Claddagh was used by these people as a marriage ring. Even to the present day the ring has associated with it special customs, for instance, it is not right for a Claddagh person to buy a ring - they must obtain it as a gift. If married, the ring should be worn with the crown nearest the knuckle. And this: Wear the ring on the right hand, the crown turned inwards and the world may see the heart is yet unoccupied. Worn on the right hand, the crown turned outwards, and it is clear that a love is being considered. But when it is worn on the left hand, the crown outwards: the two loves have become inseparable. ------- I viewed the image close up the ring was facing outward so I could see the design.

No no, it means, outward, as in away from his hand. if the crown is pointed towards the tip of his finger, it's pointed outward.
